Dan Gaulin started Elmwood Homes LLC in June 2005 with the belief that attractive, energy-efficient homes can be affordable to families of modest means.
We are actively seeking development opportunities throughout Massachusetts. Our primary focus is new construction on infill lots but we will also consider rehabilitating existing dwellings and converting commercial buildings to housing.
We will use modular housing whenever possible as we are convinced that it provides excellent quality at a fair price.
Dan has 20 years of experience in real estate. From 1995 to 2005, he worked in the HOME and HSF programs at the Mass. Dept. of Housing and Community Development. Previously he worked in the housing departments of Boston and New York City. He also worked for the National Credit Union Administration managing and selling foreclosed properties.
He is available as a consultant and is willing to consider joint ventures.
